Oh, How I love Leonardo da Vinci <3 :heart:
In real life and ofcourse in Assassin's Creed II/Brotherhood.

I never made any fan-art of AC before;
So, This is my tribute to Leonardo da Vinci.
As you may have noticed this is the 'Vitruvian Man' pose.~

/still trying to get rid of this art-block ARRGH.

Leonardo da Vinci owns himself. /character design by Ubisoft.

Hehe, you know the funny thing is many scholars speculate the Vitruvian Man was actually a self-portrait. :XD: So this this is not too far off the mark! :D :thumbsup:

Ooh, I recognized it in a split second as the handsome Messer Da Vinci. He's such a cool character. xD

Very lovely drawn, I love the coloring and all the detail; purrfect! :3

I'll feel free to add a little critique, though; as far as I believe (I'm not a Da Vinci expect, though) the Vitruvian Man was a study on anatomy and the idea behind it was (as I was told, that is) that the human arms, outstretched, are as long as the human itself is. y'understand? That explains the square the Vitruvian Man is drawn in. xD In your drawing it's not so much a square however. If you reduce the drawing so that the square will be a square once more (or the oval a perfect cirle, for that matter) the anatomy will be right, for now Messer Da Vinci is a tad tall and his arms too short.

Did I make sense? xD

Either way, I really love the drawing.

A leader leads by example not by force.

The expert in battle seeks his victory from strategic advantage and does not demand it from his men.

Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him.
